This thing is made reversed. It would really only work for curls. For lat pull downs and rows, the handle is faced the wrong way. The clip rotates, sure, but the center of gravity is backward so it’s constantly trying to rotate back the other way. Hard to explain but it’s is NOT good for any pulling motions
