Is The Ab Roller Good For Beginners?
Ab Roller is a great exercises for beginners. You can start with a small range of motion and increase it once you feel stronger. We recommend to start with 2 sets of 8-12 roll outs. Doing the exercise twice to three times a week will help you build a strong core and improve your overall body posture.
Is The Length Of Jump Rope Adjustable?
The Jump Rope is adjustable. To adjust the jump rope - simply open the tip of the rope and move the rope holder based on desired length. Once you customized the desired length - simply cut off the excessive rope and close the tip.
